Disclaimer

We are trying our best to ensure that all descriptions and images on the website are accurate. However, every handmade piece is unique. The stones are different in color, shape, and size. In addition, creating an exact image of precious and semi precious stones and metals is not an easy goal to achieve. The availability of the items listed on the site depends on the availability of the supplies. We reserve the right to remove or alter the design of any piece without prior notice.  

Payment

By purchasing from HedyehJewel.com you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

All pieces remain the property of HedyehJewel.com until full payment is made. All prices are displayed in CAD dollar and include the cost of delivery within Canada. An additional shipping cost is displayed at checkout for purchases in the United States. Please note that sales tax may be applied depending on your region and country.

Delivery

Every piece is handmade therefore the delivery time varies. You receive an email when your piece is shipped to you. We use Canada Post for all the parcels. The estimated shipping time is 10 days. If you wish to receive your order earlier, please contact us. We try our best to assist. However, we are not responsible for late arrivals.

Exchange

All purchases are entitled to exchange for up to 7 days after the delivery. Please note that the pieces must be returned unused and in original package. The return shipping cost is not refundable. Please contact us for the return address.

Repair

The precious and semi precious stones are fragile and require special handling. Please contact us if a repair is required after the 7 days exchange period. Stones are often one of a kind and the exact shape and size may not be available. Additional fees may apply.
