These images are artistic representations only, so subtle variations in stone, metal, scale or colour are to be expected in your finished, handmade piece.
All items remain the property of HedyehJewel.com until full payment has been received and confirmed.
Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude shipping costs.
Shipping fees for orders within Canada and the United States are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Applicable sales taxes (GST, HST, or PST) are automatically calculated and applied to Canadian orders in accordance with Canadian tax law.
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes.
For orders shipped to the United States or other international destinations, no Canadian sales tax is applied.

Every piece is handmade, therefore delivery times may vary. HedyehJewel.com uses Canada Post for all parcels.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, HedyehJewel.com is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assessment.
If, at HedyehJewel.com’s discretion, an exchange or repair is approved:

Precious and semi-precious stones are fragile and require special handling.
Stones are often one-of-a-kind, and the exact shape, size, or color may not be available for replacements. Additional fees may apply in such cases.
HedyehJewel.com and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any product purchased, including but not limited to allergic reactions, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
