Handmade Craftsmanship & Disclaimer
- All jewelry is handmade in Canada and unique.
- Stones may vary in color, shape, or size.
- Exact replication of images, stones, or metals may not be possible.
- Availability of items depends on material supplies.
- Product photos may use AI-generated models and visual mockups to help showcase how the jewellery looks when worn. These images are artistic representations, so slight variations in stone, metal, scale or colour are normal in your one of a kind handmade piece.
- HedyehJewel.com reserves the right to alter or remove designs without notice.

Payment, Ownership & Pricing
- All items remain the property of HedyehJewel.com until full payment is received.
- Prices are in CAD and exclude shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Canadian taxes (GST, HST, PST) are added to Canadian orders where applicable.
- International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times vary due to the handmade nature of each piece.
- We use Canada Post for all parcels; estimated shipping times:
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International shipping may be available upon request.
- Once shipped and tracking is provided, HedyehJewel.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
- For urgent deliveries, please contact us; we will try to assist but cannot guarantee early arrival.
Returns & Repairs
- All sales are final due to the handmade nature of each piece.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for assessment.
- If, at HedyehJewel.com’s discretion, a repair or exchange is approved:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Additional shipping or return fees may apply.
- Contact us for the return address before sending any items.
- Precious and semi-precious stones are fragile and may require special handling.
- Stones are often one-of-a-kind; exact replacements may not be available, and additional fees may apply.
Care of Jewelry
To keep your jewelry beautiful for years:
- Handle pieces gently.
- Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or chlorine.
- Store jewelry in soft pouches or separate compartments.
- Sterling silver may tarnish; clean with a soft polishing cloth.
- Gold may scratch; clean with mild soap and warm water.
- Precious or semi-precious stones are fragile; avoid impact, heat, and harsh chemicals.
- Periodically check prongs, settings, and clasps to ensure stones are secure.
Commissioned & Customized Pieces
- We enjoy creating customized jewelry or modifying existing designs.
- Material availability may affect the final design.
- Exact replication of stones or metals may not be possible.
Additional fees may apply depending on complexity and materials.
- HedyehJewel.com will work closely with you to bring your vision to life, but all custom orders are final sale unless damaged in transit.
